How to Place an Order ?
You can make your order through our website and pay cash on delivery. We also accept orders through WhatsApp, Facebook & Instagram. Share items photos with our team and make your order. Payment is cash on delivery in USD or LBP at market rate. If you want to pay using a USD card, contact us.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time is 2-5 business days for items available for immediate delivery, and within 2-3 weeks for items shipped from Turkey. You will receive a notification from the delivery company prior delivery. Delivery fees (2$ in Beirut & 3$ outside Beirut) shall be paid at order receiving.
Exchange & Return
Request for Exchange or Return is possible within 2 days from order receiving. Items must be unused and in tag. For Return, A gift card will be provided for the same amount since refund is not possible. Delivery fees for Exchange or Return are paid by customer.
Exchange or Return are not allowed for items on SALE.
For items shipped from Turkey on request and not available for immediate delivery, a deposit is required, and Exchange or Return are not allowed.
