How to Place an Order ?
For customers in Lebanon, you can make your order through our website and pay by card or choose cash on delivery. We also accept orders through WhatsApp, Facebook & Instagram. Share items photos with our team and make your order. For international orders, Cash on delivery is not available. Make sure you pay by card when you place your order on the website.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time is 2-7 business days for orders in Lebanon. You will receive a notification from the delivery company prior delivery. Delivery fees (4$ in Lebanon) shall be paid at order receiving.
For international shipping, you will receive a notification from the shipping company.
Exchange & Return
Request for Exchange or Return for customers in Lebanon is possible within 2 days from order receiving. Items must be unused and in tag. For Return, A gift card will be provided for the same amount since refund is not possible. Delivery fees for Exchange or Return are paid by customer. Exchange or Return are NOT allowed for items on SALE & on CLEARANCE.
For international shipping, Exchange or Return are NOT allowed.
